I think your endocrinologist is right, a child with CAH would have elevated levels of 17OHP and Lane’s results are well within ’normal’ levels.   An untreated child with CAH would have levels in the thousands.  (My own son’s records show when he was diagnosed his level was >12,000ng/dl - this was as high as the scale went at that time). I do not know why you suspected CAH but assume that Lane has some symptoms, is the endocrinologist looking at other conditions, which have similar effects?
