I just wanted to know how you explain SWCAH to teachers without scaring them.  I had a meeting with the principal, and she freaked.  Our school does not have a nurse.  She recommended sending my 5y/o to another school close to a hospital using open enrollment.  I told her that was not an option. (I have a 10y/o daughter who goes to the same school).

They said they would not be able to insert a phenergan suppos. or give him a shot of solu-cortef if needed.  I told her to call the ambulance service if he was vomiting and I was not available.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I will be having a meeting with the teachers and staff involved in with my son tomorrow 8/29.
