I have two SW CAH kids. My six year old has all of his baby teeth still, he did not get any teeth until he was at least 18 months of age. His bone age however is delayed, we had a bone age done when he turned six and it was that of a 4 year old. My younger son got his teeth at a more normal age, between 8 months and two years, his bone age is delayed by only one year.
