I agree, do not take the exclusive recommendations of a parent from this board, even though I am sure they are well meaning.  Your baby has already had the necessary tests to identify CAH and so far shows no sign of having the condition.  Late onset CAH is a relatively rare condition and if the only ’evidence’ you have is a higher than ’normal’ level of 17OHP shortly after birth, that has since come down to normal levels, then you should believe the Endocrinologist your child is under.  He/she IS THE EXPERT (although I agree some are better than others at treating the condition, all should have the expertise to diagnose it!)  I advise you to enjoy your baby and worry no more.
