I’ve never talked to my ped endo about my daughter being a salt waster or not. I know this is something I need to do (30 lashes with a soggly noodle!) The ped endo has been surprised that she has not need to be put on florinef (sp?). My daughter DOES crave salt. She loves hot dogs, ham and chips. At restraunts she always likes to eat salt.

One thing that I have noticed about my daughter is that when she is sick after we do the Cortef and Tylenol, if I make sure she has something salty (crackers or chips) and something sugary (freezer pop) she will respond much quicker than only doing Cortef/Tylenol/juice.
