Hi, Sue - my daughter just turned 8 yrs old and is considered Non-salt-wasting.  Depending on which ped endo you talk to, some give Florinef to their NSWs anyway, based on the thinking that even though they’re considered NSW, there is some kind of compromise in the aldosterone (electrolytes, salts) pathway.
