I was in the beginning relating the stress in guys w/o CAH to high cortisol levels and thinking that if he was over treated he would have similar cushing symptoms--but then stress in guys w CAH is going to cause elevated testosterone and certainly if he goes without meds for a few days thats for sure!  The combination would not be too good.  Hope that you both can sort that out and get your stresses out the way soon as that would help along with him taking med’s daily.
