Hi Natalie - They actually told me that too, but I didn’t feel that I could trust a teacher over a nurse, so I said I wasn’t interested in even asking a teacher. Plus, I assumed that the teacher probably wouldn’t be interested as there is a liability issue there. I or my husband have accompanied Ben on every field trip except the one I mentioned in a previous post, so it hasn’t been a major issue. I do have an older daughter (non-CAH) whom I accompanied on many, many field trips when she was in elementary school, and to repeat them all over again is tedious at best... the library, plant farm, aquarium, zoo, seaport, breachways and beaches, town hall, state capital building.......I am so bored now, but I know these places inside and out!!!!  :)  I may complain but I wouldn’t have missed it for the world!
