I asked my endo the same question and he said that it does not matter.  He said that it is easier to remember if you do it at one time.  At the beginning, there is so much to learn and to worry about, you don’t want to always worry about giving meds.  I sounds like your day is pretty busy with that.  I give my son his Florinef and cortef in the morning, cortef in the afternoon, and cortef again at night.  If you are even unsure don’t hesitate to call your endo.  The nurses are use to calls with lots of questions.  Don’t be afraid to ask.
