Anne-MarieHi Kirk,
Yes you can give the florinef (fludrocortisone) at the same time as you give the Hydrocortisone. We did when Ashley was first diagnosed and always have. As long as it is 12 hours apart between doses you will be ok to give that at 7am and 7pm when you give the Hydrocortisone.
We used to mix everything in Ashley milk bottle literally, but he was on suspension made by the pharmacy which just mixes. You could not do that with tablets as it settles. I would make up a smaller bottle and add his meds and then make another bottle to top him up with when he had drained the first bottle. So in dosing the meds as you are (crushing the tabs and then mixing with the suspension) you are able to give them both mixed at the same time I would say. Less fiddling for you guys too as your only doing that three times a day instead of five then.
Cheers
Anne-Marie
