I do the same as Bill, I give my almost 2mos old son his medicine using 3ml syringes. I give his florinef and hydrocoritsone in the morning together.  I crush the pills and add a little water.   The one thing though I never thought of giving it to him with a drop of milk or with anything else for that matter.  I tasted it with water and it really doen’t have a taste.  Fortunetly Isaiah has taken his meds o.k with no problem.
