Alia - Funny you should mention day 21. Me too! I have CAH and for me at about day 18 is when things start to go downhill. . Day 21 is the day I知 most likely to get a migraine headache - and by that day my face is all broken out. I知 really careful about what I eat around that time - I started timing when I got migraines and it was always the same day at about 4pm. About day 23 I have one day of eating like a pig and then about a day later I知 a total crybaby and crab. I have a 26 day cycle - and believe me - I really only have about 10 good days out of the month as far as symptoms go. I知 sick of having sore breasts for 10 days and having them go up a bra size too. I知 43 - so it痴 gonna be a while until I hit menopause (my endo hopes I never do because of the bone issues). I also don稚 sleep well at all the last 3 or 4 nights before my period - funny - when I get my period I feel like a million bucks!
