It makes you wonder that if the hormones can alter so rapidly during the month, why women are not dosed differently from one end of the month to the next? Since the levels are higher for 17 OHP during the latter end of the menstural cycle, it seems common sense to me to perhaps raise doses of cortisol a little or surely a CAH’ers levels would be much higher than levels were in the first halfof the month. I guess that is too complex to consider for some Doctors to advise women to do? :) Complicates matters. My cycle is 28 days to the dot and I get migraines or headaches more around the same time and even nose bleeds too occasionally. Guess it is the part of the PMT symptoms is it?Anne-Marie
