A medical social worker at your community hospital could perhaps direct you to resources that would pay for your medication for CAH and/or direct you to a community mental health center. By the way what did you take for the CAH ?

You do know that by not taking medication for CAH you eventually run the risk of an adrenal crisis or death ? Not taking cortisones whatever they might be for your CAH could be the reason why you feel Bi -Polar. Not having cortisone in your body or for that matter to much meds  will make you feel out of sorts and mimick other conditions.
