I just read an article today on flu vaccines and I know it said that flu vaccine is NOT a live virus.  i just wanted to clear that up because I do get the vaccine each year for Kristin (in fact my whole family) and had been told before that it was not a live virus and therefore you cannot get the flu from the vaccine.
