My daughter used to be dosed at 10pm, 8am and 4pm. She was on a much higher dose during this time than she is now. THe 10pm dose suppressed her growth hormone and she was not growing, and her cheeks were puffy. When we switched to 3am, 7am, noon, and 5pm her growth dramatically improved while maintaining her levels and actually allowed for us to lower her Meds!!! Seein the graph of the circadium rhythm of cortisol really helped me to understand why dosing in the new way helps my duaghter. I don’t claim to understand it all but it definately works for my daughter. Good luck/.
