We tried to give it to her as late as possible also, but often we went to bed by 10pm so that was when she got it. She used to be on 7.5 mg!! on the old dosing of twice a day. THen we went to the above schedule three times a day and she dropped to 5mg per day. Now she is on 4 times per day circadium rhythm and she is on 3.75mg per day! Her levels are great and so is her growth! I really believe in dosing this way. Zenya does take Florinef. Take care, Julia
