We got an alarm clock from the drug store that plays nature sounds so it gently wakes us instead of a jolt. This helps in going back to sleep. I have to be honest, my husband gives the 3 am dose because he was stay at home dad and I needed to get up and teach a whole class of kids! He says that at first it was hard to go back to sleep but within a week he could do the whole dose and be back in bed in 5 minutes and go right back to sleep! My daughter doesn’t wake up! Once I was up around 3am to pee and so I gave the meds to my daughter. For this dose we get it ready before bed. We put it in the oral syringe and suck up water and leave it by the fridge. In the fridge is a cup of milk as we try to get in some milk for stomach protection. Well, I squirted it in her mouth and she let out a loud "MMMMMmmmmmmmm!" all while asleep! I guess she was thirsty! Oh yeah, when she was on 7.5mg per day, 2 times a day, it was her OLD endo who I was way less than thrilled about. He wouldn’t change the amount of times to 3 times a day. Ugh. She was say oversuppressed but whe was just switched from the liquid to the pill when the liquid was recalled. He didn’t think we could cut the pill any smaller than in 1/2 so he upped her dose with the switch. That went against all I had read here that the pill was "stronger" because it was consistent. So needless to say we found a new and awesome endo!! Good luck! JuliaJulia S
