When my son was little, teachers used to say that they could pick out his voice even if their back was turned because it was deep for his age.  We used to think it was funny.  He does not have CAH.

When my daughter (has CAH) was younger her endo used to comment that she had a "sultry" voice.  She was 3 or 4 at the time!  She used to say that it was probably because she was not diagnosed until she was 3 and had the extra androgens in her body all that time.  The doctor said as long as all her levels looked good, not to worry about it.  It would drive some boy crazy some day!!!
