Certainly logical.  I wonder why the doctors don’t advocate this. Is it because they do not believe that is how ACTH secretion works ? I would think it is basic knowledge for a good endo to know about the 3-4 am surge and also know that the late night dose is not going to carry through enough and more damage can be done potentially than good.

For my part I’m going "armed and dangerous" to the next endo visit.
