A Dr. Scott Rivkies did a paper on research he did on using Dex to try to help the growth issues of CAH kids who had an advanced bone age. I want to say that he is at Johns Hopkins. Regardless, your ped endo should be able to help you get the paper and then discuss the issues with you.
