Congratulations on the birth of your baby boy!! Now that he is diagnosed and on medication you can start to relax and enjoy your little one. Easier said than done I know. My daughter is 2 1/2 now and doing great!! SOooooo full of life. Wow! She’s amazing and doing fine! I recommend being prepared. Have the injection kit with you at all times and know how to use it! Also, always have infant advil, pedialyte type drink, thermometer, extra meds, and even suppositories of tylenol. (In case of fever and vomiting!) Then you can enjoy your little one. Looking back I realize I was so stressed out that I forgot to relax and just enjoy her as a baby. Now she’s growing up soooo fast! Oh yeah, I also read to get to know by feel your baby’s normal skin temperature. THis way, it’s easy to know if he’s got a fever. Everyday, I would feel her forhead and cheeks with my hand and cheeks! Then I realized I didn’t have to worry so much, that her crankiness would alert me to a fever, but all are different, some aren’t fussy! Good luck and know that it does get easier!! The concerns never stop but the daily stress and worry does! Take care and research and ask many questions!! Bring a list of questions to the doctors. When he’s sick write down what you give and when. It’s so easy to forgot when you are tired and worried. Also, start collecting information and keep it in a binder. I must run and get my little one! Bye, Julia
