Very interesting question Karyn. We just watched last night on the Discovery channel adults that were born with both females/male--- internal/external genitals.

The rule has been to make them girls without waiting to see what the child will feel like b/c genetically they are not male or female.....we were so shocked. My heart goes out to anyone with this problem.

One little boy was born with 1 testicle and the Dr without the mothers permission CUT IT OUT! My God what a crime! So he turned out to actually be a boy and is developing like a boy. He will never be able to produce his own male hormones and at age 3 is already having bone problems. 

I really don’t know what to say.....but one thing I’d like to see is lots of family love and support for the 2 womenor men involved.
