Now if you point out that problems are being caused for your child due to inappropriate treatment or monitoring at some stage and after that, nothing is done by your child’s Doctor, then in that case I would have thought that he must pick up the consequences at some point.

For example you may have insisted on blood tests being run and the Doctor refused or declined to get them done.  Blood tests would have picked the problem up sooner.  They need to do blood tests to diagonse CAH after noting accelerated growth and other symptoms such as precocious puberty.
