These things don’t all happen at once as you know.  The virilisation was no doubt the last thing to occur and no doubt  a bone age has only just been done for the child.  She has JUST been diagnosed from what Dean has reiterated---presumablt the virilization was the actual tell tale sign here??????????   Or are Doctor’s meant to be psychic after all?  The bone age does NOT reflect the outward appearance of a child as you well know.  The child can just look tall for their age group.
