I like Aimee’s point that just because the character hasn’t had surgery doesn’t mean anything. Some CAH girls don’t need surgery. They look "average" as far as genitals go. This misconception will make people think that all those with CAH have ambiguous genitalia. They don’t. And my daughter’s ambiguous genitalia is not something I want to see made into a comedy.
