We are switching to another endo this month.  I had to change insurance and the one we had is not going to be able to accept us on the new plan.........get this........she could take us if she wanted to, but because we are switching to a new plan, we are considered "new patients" and her office is not seeing any new patients on the new plan even though we are not "new" and have been with her for almost 3 years........

Will the NIH take my kids for conventional therapy and studies?  I thought to get them in there, we had to sign up for the "experiemental" new therapy.....but, I could be wrong......it was almost 3 years ago I talked to them about all this when we lived in Columbia Maryland.
