Could you make one of your characters an ovsessive CAH’er that researches on the internet for alternative treatments and whom uses message board CAH Support Groups online?  Also that she is dosing herself differently to the way you would cenventionally and that her Doctor is giving her a hard time about it?  :) LOL!!!!!!!! (Gotta get this publicised somehow and out there ya see).

May give her a bit more than the intersex thing to worry about also, and make things not just about that but also the life long med’s bit and side-effects of med’s.  Give her an attitude to Doctors in general except for maybe one that she manages to find.  Ya need to have atleast a few pots of gold at the end of the rainbow I suppose.
