Psychic?? Good grief!! We just want ped endo and ped doctor that are trained!  Ones that aware what the symptoms of CAH are and how to treat it.  Ones that will tell the parents about solu-cortef.  Thank God that Kaye gave the solu-cortef.. and it wasn’t thought as an over reaction or needless.  It saved her life!

Another good reason for all states to have newborn screening for CAH.  As parents - educate yourself!! Become an advocate for CAH - training, education, etc.  Insist that every state in the US - get CAH newborn testing! It won’t help the child born after the testing is stated but it will increase the awareness of CAH (educate the medical community about CAH) and help the new babies with CAH.
