Thank you for responding. We are very glad Julia’s  condition is treatable. How ever we are both angry at the Doctor.  I did mention on several occasions her growth. She is freaky tall.  I am only  5’1. My husband is 5’8.   People gasp when they hear she is only 3. The doctor never ever checked her private parts. As a pediatrition, she is a growth expert. We have been to her office every other weekfor sinus and respiratory illness that quickly decompensated to asthma-like conditions. She should have maybe put the picture together sooner. She too had never seen CAH. Growth expert my ass! "She’s just bigger than the average bear". Any child off the growth chart should be watched with vigulance.  Julias genatlia are formed female, but she has a very generously sized clitoris. Thank God I saw the pubic hair. This could have been much worse. Maybe we can’t sue, but I am still angry my doctor missed this red elephant staring her in the face.  On a different note, can anyone explain why this was’nt detected with heel blood  test at birth. Also any advise on telling the Grandparent’s. We feel this is Julia’s confidential medical condition. yet they are often her caregivers. They are very nervous and anxious people.  Thanks for any help. May God Bless and keep your children well.
