Many states do not test for CAH at the newborn screening. I know CA doesn’t. Hopefully once her levels are well controlled her behavior will settle down. Think how hard it has been for a 3 year old girl to be flooded with male hormones, enough to the point of having pubic hair and an enlarged clitoris. The feelings must be overwhelming and difficult to understand. Was she diagnosed precoscious puberty? If so, then she would be having all the feelings of a teen but being only 3 having no way to understand this. Good luck. I send you all my best. Take care, Julia
