When I say the Doctor was sarcastic in his manner, I mean when my son had a crisis and we had to go into hospital with him after switching him to that regime,he stuck with it literally and only increased "each" dose by five time the amount instead of taking the WHOLE daily dose as you should do and doubling or tripling that and splitting it into three to  four doses.

I wasn’t aware until the nurses started dosing him that in the evening and had to ask for his 2am dose to be brought forward as it was going to be some 11 hours from the 3pm dose to that one if they did not--which is NOT good in a crisis.  This Doctor also set a drip up on the first night and did not use it.  The following day we were released on his instructions and ended up back in there the later that night and Ashley was much worse.  I asked for a drip and med’s by IV.  By this time he had not peed for 24 hours.  The Doctor did not want to put a drip in his arm as he felt it would be uncomfortable.  This is after he knew my son had been with one in his arm all the night before unused!

It is obvious to me that the Doctor had a bee in his bonnet about my ability to learn and choose the way my son was dosed.  He couldn’t do anything about that either, except make our lives difficult it seems at time when Ashley was in crisis.  THAT type of Doctor is not really the type you particularly would want in charge of your child’s care anyway.
