To answer Anne-Marie- Em’s dosages are 2.5 morning noon and night.  It used to be 5 mg in the am, 2.5 at noon and 5 again at night, until I requested that perhaps we could lower the meds. Our endo was completely on board and all subsequent tests have come back fine. 

Wow- I certainly do worry that we’re doing the right thing at the right time in the right order with the right stuff...:)
