Yes, you can have another child with CAH if you currently have one with CAH. SW CAH is just a type of Classical CAH. There are a few different kinds of CAH. The most common being due to the 21hydroxylase deficiency. You would have Classical CAH and Non Classical CAH or also known as Late Onset CAH. You have a 1 in 4 chance of having another child affected with CAH and 1in 8 for a girl to be affected with CAH. There is prenatal treatment available to reduce or decrease the chance that your daughter will be virilized. There are other options available as I’m sure you have noticed our long thread on the topic of IVF.
You should make an appt to see a genetic counselor. They can explain the differences better than I can so that you understand.
