You go girl!

I got back on my exercise routine on June 1 and have lost 25 pounds since then!  That’s a lot for someone who is 4’11"!!  (I can’t help it, I’m proud of me.)

Now, to maintain, I power walk almost every day of the week.  IT’s the easist exercise to do, especially with some hand weights.
