Are you sure that it’s not the diapers? I had this happen with two of my boys, both non CAH. It was the brand of diapers and how long I left the diaper on. I think one of the packages even had a little explanation of the granules that could appear. If it is like a powder residue, then I’m stumped, but if it’s what I think it is, it’s probably your diaper.  Urine or sweating can cause a small jelly type little balls or crystals to form.
