Do you need assistance with translation, or merely already published material?  Babel Fish is a software that helps with translation of materials, although it needs to be proofread, as some phrases do not translate directly.  I do know there is some material out there, as I was looking for a Prader level classification range with definitions for each level and only came up with a French version with no English counterpart until I was mailed one by a friend. 

Je parle en Francais, mais seulement en peu.  Si’l vous plait, email-moi si vous desirez assistance avec des translations petite.  J’etude Francais a l’universite d’ Oklahoma Baptiste pour quatre ans, et ma mere est 1/2 une Acadianne (Louisianne).  Je comprende plus de je parle...  mais maybe j’aide un peu si possible!  :) C’est possible si mes enfants permittissent!!
