I have twin boys 11 with SWCAH, and they are very active in sports, baseball, soccer, swim team, basketball and snow sports.
I have noticed a lack of stamina during most sports and they just tended to poop out. So what I have done is give evening meds 1 hour before the game with salty snacks, raimen noodle soup, hot dogs, black olives. I also have sports drinks and pretzels at the game.
When it is going to be very hot, and multiple games I give stress dosages before the game and the same things to eat. I have noticed a huge difference! I was fooled one time at a swim meet thinking that it wasn’t hot and not to much exursion, well they both swam a 500 and almost passed out! It then followed with dizzy spell and headaches. I gave them extra meds but I have noticed when they get to the edge like that, they don’t bounce back well, they are pretty louggee the rest of the day.
