Have your regular Endo give you a letter  which gives his instructions for when your son has to go to A&E.  That letter should contain a strict protocol of what to give to your child and how to give it and the reasons why it should be given.  Then he needs to sign it and it should have his name address and contact phone number on the head of it for further queries.  Put it in a file with other print offs of the protocol for treatment when ill or for adrenal crisis.  I.e. see this URL:

and all you have to do when you leave for A&E then is grab it and just show it to the Doctor who deals there.

That and if they are slow to act throwing a few terms around like if your child does not get the adequate treatment and any other medical condition or illness should arise out of such inappropriate treatment that you’ll contact a lawyer will probably also do the trick as has been said in the past.
