What a coincidence.  We have a dentist’s appointment tomorrow for both my children.  I will ask him if he sees anything unusual with my son’s teeth.  I know that he had to have a small spot drilled away due to decay.  Luckily, it was on his baby tooth.

My son (has CAH) would just wake up in the morning and, low and behold, another tooth had come in.

My daughter (non CAH), on the other hand,  gave birth to her teeth!  She would labor for weeks trying to get them to cut through.  She was so swollen that it was painful even to watch.
