Hi,

Just curious where you had your DNA testing done? Have you thought about getting it done with a different lab just to double check? I am not an expert on genetics and I have certainly not spoken to every person who had DNA testing  but I have never heard of someone who has CAH that didn’t have a mutation located. I’m sure it’s out there but it’s interesting that they wouldn’t be able to find even one of the mutations.  Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Did the lab tell you why? Another thing you might be able to do is get DNA testing done on you  and your partner to find out what mutations you carry. This would also be a great help with you planning for the next pregnancy if they can’t locate the mutations on your daughters DNA.
