I’m not sure if when they get teeth would be associated with CAH or not. My 17month old Simple Virilizing CAH son has a mouth full of teeth and started getting his teeth early. By his first bday he had a full mouth. I think, and without checking the baby book, he got his first tooth at 4 months or so. I remember thinking that it would hurt to nurse but he never bit!
