We still have milk teeth here and the second teeth are pushing their way through in front or behind them willy nilly.  The milk teeth just don’t want to come out it seems.  I think it has a lot to do with the fact that Ashley was overtreated at a certain stage myself.  Sort of delayed things, and now we are seeing a catch up of some sort, but the darm milk teeth want to hang on.
