Have you tried Dr. New’s office. They might be able to help you in this situation. It’s worth a try. Danny has a link to her on this website. I went there after my son was diagnosed here in TX and I suspected that he was not a saltwaster but the endo here would not even listen to me.  In fact she told me that no DNA tests were available. When I told her I found the one in NY she was shocked that I found it. Needless to say, we don’t see her anymore. I took my son to see  Dr. New and she did, I guess what could be considered, a salt deprivation test along with DNA and found out that he was not a SW after all. To me that trip was worth it!

It’s nice to know what you are dealing with. I wouldn’t stop looking for an answer until you feel comfortable.
