Interesting conversation!  My daughter is 6 with SWCAH.  She has already lost 8 teeth and all of the new ones grew in quickly.  Our endo says that the rapid growth in the teeth is related to the CAH-the steroids and slight advance in boneage.  I am taking her (and her 10 yr old sister, non-cah) to a ped dentist in Dec.  I just want to make sure everything is ok with her teeth.  She has alot of spaces between the teeth, but it could be hereditary.  Thanks
