Hi Me and my husband have been married for 2 months now. And are trying to start a family!!.For the past 2 years we have not used any protection during intercourse because we were trying to concieve. We finally decided to see his specialist.My husband was diagnosed with CAH at birth and had been on meds from that point untill he was 20, at that time he decided to stop taking it. We went to see the doctor in July and since then he has been on Dex and another drug. The problem is the doctor said  his sperm count was low(almost 0) and if we were going to see an increase it woulnt be for another year or so. What I am wondering is if there is anyone who can gives us any info. I am just learning things slowly about CAH and we are both getting frustrated and losing hope!!!
