My daughter also responds MUCH better to advil. Tyleno won’t even work for bringing a fever down. I have heard that it depends on the person which works better. OOOOh I wo worry with those vaccines! Olivia got 3 shots but actually 7 vaccines. That can be hard on systems. Maybe in the future you can have them given one at a time. Our ped special orders ones like MMR that come together and we just give one at a time, one vaccine not just one shot! :) HUGs for you and your little one! I’m glad she responded so well. Julia
