You sound as frustrated as I have at times.  We had all this the other year and the Doctor always seemed to be on vacation when I had a pertinent question or when we needed to do something about dose because we had bloods back.  It is very hard really.  I ended up changing our Doctor. 

Hope that you get that sorted out because you are right really---it is senseless and needn’t be happening.
