I see it has Ibuprofen in it which is an anti inflammatory.  Didn’t realise that these kids could take that.  Maybe I’ll ask the pharmacist for the equivalent of Motrin here in NZ if it works much better than Panadol at bringing down fevers.  Though not sure about using that and having asthma---because it has brought on an asthma attack for me when I have taken anything like that before.
