Laura is right that reference values vary from lab to lab, but just to give you an idea of what "normal" values are in pubertal girls, here is what is listed on the peds-endo website. I believe they use the numbers published by Esoterix:
For girls 9.2 - 13.7 yo, normal for andro would be ~42-100 ng/dl, mean 65 ng/dl.
This would be for girls at the Tanner 2 stage of puberty. From what you’ve said, Michelle, I am guessing that is where your daughter is at though, of course, you should verify that with her doctor. Puberty is generally broken down into 5 stages. I believe periods occur at stage 4. Normal andro values then are even higher, about double of what they are at stage 2.
